Chancel Choir Rehearsals-Wednesdays at 7 – 8:30 p.m. in Choir Room
Youth/Adult Presentations–Sundays @ 10:55 service
Chancel choir sings a variety of music, some classics, and
some contemporary. They sing 4-part harmony and make
up the majority of the Cantata Choir. The back row keeps
the director on her toes but she's learned how to keep them
in line and on key. This is a warm fellowship that would
gladly welcome you.
Sonshine Choir Rehearsals-Sundays at 8:15 a.m. in Choir Room
Youth/Adult Presentations – Sundays @ 8:30 Service
If you love to sing the hymns you grew up with then
this is the group for you. This is a great place to start
if you love to sing but haven't been in a choir for a
while. We're a low-key group with lots of love and
understanding to share.
Future Glory Rehearsals-Sundays in Sanctuary at 9:45 a.m.
Youth/Adult Presentations: Sundays at 10:55 service
Do you play an instrument? Sing? Interested in using your
talents to praise the Lord? We need you! What a treat it is
to praise God when you get to play while you're doing it!
This praise group includes rhythm, instruments, guitars, keyboard,
and vocalists who play contemporary Christian praise and worship music.
Youth Choir Rehearsals- Begin again Fall of 2009. Check back for dates and times
Grades 7-12 Youth choir is a dynamic group of young Christians that
love to sing and praise God. In the fall they learn music
to sing with guitar and keyboard, including special
Christmas music for the annual "Hanging of the Greens"
service. But the best part is in the spring when they
prepare for the Southwest Texas Youth Choir Rally,
a fun weekend away from home to sing and worship.
Jesus Jinglers Rehearsals-Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. in Bell Room
Youth/Adult If you can count you can play! There's lots of laughter in
this choir as they learn to ring the correct bell at the correct time.
It can be a bit perplexing at times to figure out just what one
is supposed to do, but oh the joy when it's finally right!
Cantata Choir Rehearsals Wednesdays at 7-7:30 in choir room
Youth/Adult Seasonal choir that sings a special musical production at
Christmas and Easter. Rehearsal usually run 10 - 14
weeks before the event and include two Saturday
rehearsals before the presentation.
